Google emailed me that they are changing what constitutes a click on AdSense ads. They are implementing the same rules they have with AdWords ads. A click on the title or URL is a click, but a click on the background of the ad will no longer be a read more »

I am honestly tired on how Google makes it easy to report spam and paid links in Google Webmaster Central but AdSense makes you go through hoops to report stolen content.
