Certainly news to me. Implications are pretty big because though MSN will likely find, spider & index the new site, the new site won't get any credit for the work done on the old site.

After waiting and not knowing if Microsoft supports Sitemaps, they finally have said they accept them via your robots.txt file. You cannot ping nor upload your sitemap via a console yet. But that is "coming soon." read more »
