For most real estate agents it is the perfect solution for them since they do not have to hire a professional website designer to create there site. However there are downfalls to using there service when building your real estate website, especially if you are trying to rank for local real estate terms. The biggest problem out of the box is the navigation system they use on every template you choose from. The navigation is all javascript based with mouse over effects in which you can change the background image for. The problem with that is the search engines will not read the links contained in your sites main navigation because of the use of javascript.

1 Vote(s)

The sale price had not been disclosed, but I am sure it was a good amount which was well deserved.

21 Vote(s)

There have been a few debates over the site being good or bad, I can care less however since I wasn't going to judge it until trying it out. Before making any judgments or stating opinions from what you have read, I urge you to take sphinn for a spin! Advice I have for everyone else is to just ignore it and write your own posts for the rest of the sphinn community to read. Anyhow, I signed up for an account last week and have some mixed reviews.

2 Vote(s)
