I found this interesting data and post at Comscore today. It shows that on average about 15% of search results now contain a universal result. The authors suggest more companies create video content. I'm wondering if Universal results are occurring for all types of queries Transactional, Informational and Navigational? From my experience most of the Universal results I get seem to be for Informational queries but I have no scientific evidence to prove it. Should we be creating more video content as the authors suggest and how do you assure that content gets picked up by universal search?

2 Vote(s)

This is decent article on how to limiting your legal risks as a blogger. Although most of it is common sense it is certainly wise to know how to minimize risk when quoting or referring to the material of others.

2 Vote(s)
