I actually mentioned this in a comments of another post and I thought I elaborate here. It seems to me that more and more SEO companies are using doorway / portal pages to increase traffic instead of writing unique creative content. Although they are no longer advertising 500 pages for $100 they are being more sneaky charging $25 per page and not stating that these pages are auto generated. So I thought I'd bring up an old post in my blog where I go into why these types of Black Hat SEO are not good ideas.Side note: you get what you pay for... You want to pay someone in a 3rd world country to rewrite an ezine article and repost with bad grammar it's $20-$30 - If you want a professionally written article that cites references and is truly unique and informative be prepared to pay $150-250. Short cuts = not worth it.

1 Vote(s)

This is my first attempt at submitting one of my blog entries to Sphinn so excuse me if it's out of line. I'm big into natural link building through the use of an analog device I call a "telephone" but this I think is a good little video for people new to the industry to see. It's just a short clip of me speaking as a guest at a marketing seminar.

7 Vote(s)
