I like Guy Kawasaki, I really do, I don't always agree with him, but I do think he's a smart man, and a thought leader in the space. That said I do think it pretty unfair that the A-List bloggers in the space get "free gifts" in exchange for blogging about them and Google's Black Angel of Paid Linking Death never pays them a visit. So sit back and watch as I present my evidence and make my case in Nikon D90 link payola incident.

49 Vote(s)

Is Danny Sullivan Dead? I don't think so! If not why all the talk about people replacing him. Like hungry, savage vultures, circling above his lifeless domain. Man! What's the weird mutiny vibe going on here at Sphinn. Every other post, well not every other, but enough to where I noticed it! They are all about Who is replacing Danny , as the "New" Danny? Is it Rand? Or is it Vanessa Fox a.k.a. the Hillary of SEO? Or is it Ah ! , never mind ?Anyways, I'd really appreciate, some insight, and would love to have you vote for 1 of the following . So we can get a general consensus of what the SEM community really wants and why!1)Danny remains in his post as "King of SEM", and all the talk about replacement comes to a cease! 2)Rand takes Danny's title and becomes the reigning King or overlord of everything SEM, he imposes a strict dress code of exclusively white hats , and magician robes on all of the SEM community, causing a revolt, and demands for return to the time of Danny. 3)Fantomaster conjures a cloaking -redirect script spell and makes Danny and Rand disappear into thin air! They then re materialize as "Spammy Dullivan" and "Bad RichKid" who then start their own evil organization, spam the world wide web for eternity and hunt down the nefarious Matt Cutts ! Honestly, I'm just trying to make a joke out of something, which seems quite strange, people continuously speculating about who's going to replace Danny Sullivan. It's like back in the day with good ole MJ, no not that MJ, Michael Jordan. All the sportscasters, were constantly speculating about who's the next MJ? The next #23? I think there must have been like 25 names thrown around from Kobe to Garnett to Shaq, but although all of them are spectacular players and successful in their own right , none of them were MJ . And I mean no personal insult to Danny or Rand with the names =) Just a joke!

7 Vote(s)
