Although I Sphunn this, I must say PR seems to be a bit overrated already. I’d still prioritize links based on relevancy than PR.
I agree with you Glendz. But We (SEO professionals) know that PR is outdated parameter for links however prospects are unaware of this and they still demanding links from High PR. Reason could be that few service providers emphasize most over PR.
Page Rank is passed from the web page itself, not the parent website.
