For $40 in small claims court fees, Greenspan took on the online advertising giant and won after they closed his Adsense account whilst owing him money.

This is not the kind of ruling that will force a change of Google’s terms & conditions but the arguments used in the case are interesting and potentially embarassing.

I love stories like this.. While I tend to be more of a ’big business’ sort of guy, big business still needs to be held accountable for it’s actions.. FTA: "But it’s not fair!" Google’s paralegal protested. "What if everyone whose account was canceled sued Google?"Exaclty..

@tamar, oh, the drama is clear in his write up. And it seems pretty clear he violated Google’s terms by putting up ads on a parked domain. Doesn’t take away from the fact at all that they don’t seemed to have given him a clear answer of what was up. I really appreciated the lines about taking an account away for "any reason" doesn’t mean you get to provide "no reason."

good read.He tried every way he could to get a hold of someone. You would think, with all the money google makes from adsense, they could afford some type of adsense customer service reps.

this will be the last post here, im not going to tell any one any of the many exploits i found in pligg, i was just having harmless fun. i thought the many wannabee techies and actual ones, on here would appreciate it.  regardless tremendous respect to matt cutts for dealing with the more manipulative aspects (80%) of the SEO community so professionally, as it really is an evil that won’t go away because off all the cash in it. anything i said was in good humor.  he really is the man.  danny sullivan is the man too, they are visionarys.  i was just a little let down that more people don’t take an interest in how the actual internet works and people are too busy writing the same post about twitter/link requests/new lackluster tool.
