that totally sucks man- go to webmaster central i would guess?
Are you absolutely sure that hackers have not injected something somewhere into your site, or into any of the third-party adverts that you might be serving?
I just have some affiliate banners (cj, atlas, amazon, and adbrite) and YPN ads. Noting that should trigger a malware warning.
I've seen some joomla sites get hacked and injected with malware. Could it be happening on wordpress as well?
I use Wordpress. Perhaps this is affecting a bunch of similar Wordpress themes?
Here's the scoop from Matt Cutts on how to handle this:

And the background:

Once it's fixed, be sure you go through the process of having it rechecked by the stopbadware people so that Google will remove that note from your site.
FYI, Shimons site was not (at the time) a "normal clean site" - and you can read in the post comments line for line what it did to my hosts file.
It was delivering the W32 Partriot virus - and yeah, I suspect it was a Wordpress hack. He gave me permission to blog it so i did, but with limited details.
I still see the warning when I see Shimon's site in a SERP. It'll be interesting to see how quickly that'll be removed.
The important thing is it sounds like Shimon has managed to restore from a backup, so odds are good that the malware is gone now.
Shimon, I tried to leave a comment on your site, but it's not loading for me right now. I emailed the malware review team and asked them if there's anything they could do to help get your site reviewed now that it looks like the malware is gone.
Thanks Matt:-)
My guess is that the reason it wasn't loading is because I was moving it to another server.
