Very interesting findings from a recently performed survey about the expected spending of companies in the next year on social media, and how it breaks out into its compontent parts.

I must say that I am amazed at the diverse responses... No doubt there are many applications in the social arena, however, it appears (from my perspective) that there is not one fluid approach!

Social aspects of the Internet are becoming increasingly significant, the aspects of ROI calculations was, to say the least, profound.
