That happens when a Social Media Influencer such as yourself is involved. Maybe this should be called the <insert influencer name> Affect? :) That is way cool! I’ve been Stumbled, I’ve Stumbled others who unfortunately had caps on their bandwidth and took them down within minutes. That was last year. I’ve not been real active there lately but SU is typically in my top referrers.SU is like Twitter on Steroids. Word of Mouth has a lot more power over there at SU.

^ Bummer! Pligg didn’t like my use of insert name in open/close parenthesis. That should read... "Maybe this should be called the [insert name here] Effect" < I even had a typo in the first round, yikes! That is totally unlike me.

It has been our most regular source of good social traffic for a while, mainly since Digg / Reddit have become a bit more complex and less forgiving for non-branded sites. It is by far the safest / boldest platform to use with non-branded websites!

The biggest thing with Stumble is ensuring your tags are relevant and making sure there’s a decent audience for those tags that’ll find your chosen article interesting. It’s not just about getting your content Stumbled, it’s about providing good content to people Stumbling. Stumblers are easily annoyed and shouldn’t be exploited.
