Nice find Matt
It is a major headache. Here today, google gone tomorrow. Also, they will place emphasis on a minor review site that mentions the blog in passing, but does not talk in detail about the topic.
the problem is that most people dont put backlinks to the new blog link.they hope that it will rank from the authority of the homepage or the websiteall new blog links should get backlinks from the moment its broadcasted
Charlotte, unfortunately thats not the problem. This post itself has some pretty decent links from SEL, Sphinn etc.Its disappeared (as of 28th Mar) for a search for its URL and page title in Google. (Cant post links sorry, Sphinn wont let me for some reason!!)See this all the time right accross the board.
Fresh today, not tomorrow. Also how Google is now treating blogroll links could have something to do with this off late.
