USA TODAY-interviews SEM Experts, says Digg is the bomb.
"SAN FRANCISCO — People in the know are really digging Digg. Traffic rose about 330% to 5.6 million visitors in September, from 1.3 million the prior September."

All that traffic might be good for publishers and maybe those monetizing content with ads.  Not so great for lead generation or sales though.

Yeah, but I’ve been sans Digg for over a year and have over 690k inbound links and counting with zero "bought" links.  But that’s just my site.For others, ancillary traffic and links from Digg don’t seem any better than those from other social news sites or good old link bait.  Will someone please post/point to a specific case study or success story showing otherwise? That would be insightful.
