Shoemoney discovered someone bidding on his trademarked name, and is now going after him in court. There is evidence to indicate this may be a google employee.

Crazy ass story ... and all the more entertaining cuz it comes from Shoemoney. It probably wasn’t his primary intent, but Jeremy’s great at generating publicity :D. Much respect!

Shoe v. Google -- good luck with that....one would go broke before ever getting inside a court room against the evil empire, I mean Google!  :P

"one would go broke before ever getting inside a court room against the evil empire, I mean Google!"Which is why the other guy that sued Google recently used small claims court to get his money, no lawyers allowed in California

Wow, this story is amazing and a little scary at the same time. Sounds like Jeremy has a pretty good case. If this actually goes to trial and Google has to show some of their systems in court it will be very interesting. Perhaps Google’s black box will be a little less black after this.

Google isn’t named in the lawsuit.

As Matt points this out - this is apparently an employee that was abusing his position at Google to bypass rules, and not Google being "evil". Good luck, Shoe!
