A keyword with no competition doesn't necessarily mean it has no competition and doesn't necessarily get the lowest price. Sounds like the math teacher telling the students they have to know the answer before the question is asked.

Google makes up the rules as they go, changes the rules that backfire and repeatedly talks out of all sides of it's well known face. It is good to be King.
That's why "Do No Evil" is bullshit. What they mean is "Do no evil that you're aware of." because a tiny bit of self-justification and it doesn't seem like doing evil anymore. That's why they used the term "doesn't necessarily mean..." - once you hear "doesn't necessarily mean" then you know you're up against a 3rd grader who the teacher picked to watch the classroom while she's gone.
