the basic premise is wrong. if you build an awesome product and solve customers/clients big problems, then they may not shout from the rooftop, but they will talk about you, whether with friends, coworkers or family. this is called word of mouth and i dont have to tell you how powerful it is. how do you think yahoo and google achieved the status they are enjoying today?
