Dave Dugdale, that was a great article, thanks Ruud. Love the SORRY skywriting image too, definitely gets the message across. Now that is ONE way to deal with a Reputation Management challenge when professionals (ONLY) are involved. :)

Yeah, on the blog itself I say too that in my opinion it’s the open honesty with which he came to the table.Of course the flipside of his email admission that it was wrong is that there’s something wrong with his *in-house* reputation management.
