You don’t need alt attributes for image SEO. alt attributes are the meta keyword tags of image SEO. I don’t use them and rank on top for keys like WordPress.

Google doesn’t index images directly they index the page on which images appear.  Also, Google pretty much ignores the title attribute but if it helps users by all means feel free to throw it in.....
