I think to a large degree this Article states what we believe at Beanstalk Search Engine Positioning, that most SEOs definitely over charge for their services. According to Rands chart we charge a Low to Mid end rate, and we guarantee our services. We however prefer the Campaign model.

Good article, fairly representative. In this industry one size definitely does not fit all, so I tend to have a baseline retainer then customize based upon the condition and complexity of the client’s site.
