“If you chase two rabbits, you will not catch either one” this adage holds true for link building. If you will try to achieve all type of links at same time you would not succeed in doing either of them.

PageRank is one word, not Page Rank. I’m surprised a link building site would use it incorrectly. I also believe that TrustRank is not Google’s but Yahoo’s.

"I wonder how anyone could raise illogical points like this."You must be new in town. PageRank is one word, not two. Any legit SEO firm should know that. That’s SEO 101. If you don’t know that, what the hell do you know?"TrustRank is a lesser known algorithm used by Google"Google does not use TrustRank to refine search quality."There are many factors that affect the trust rank of a website like domain age, website content, website on page optimization and many other hidden factors."According to the original (Yahoo) TrustRank paper, TrustRank is calculated using a seed set of websites. Domain age, web content, etc are all irrelevant."The best place to search for quality links is authority blog sites of your domain. Either submit quality blogs there or post comments on blogs."Excellent, outstanding writing. Say, Alice, how much are you getting paid to say these are "great link building tips?"

This is a hodgepodge of corrupted information. Rather like a child explaining sex, the words are there but the facts and concepts are obviously not understood.
