I am liking Stumble Upon. I like the idea of residual traffic. Twitter is fun but I dont see the residual traffic opportunity yet. Perhaps they will transform their their platform into something more usable.
@buzzybeemarketingTwitter seems best used these days to simply keep an eye on your respective industry and/or company. If you can follow what customers are saying about the industry, you may be able to tweak your marketing approach and snag some new clients!Being able to address people directly on Twitter helps too as you can work directly with them to solve their inquiries.
I agree. I like using Twitter and Yahoo Answers to see what bloggers are saying, thats my target market. I am working on some propietary tools to utilize Twitter. It seems like everyone receives followers all day long on Twitter. However, most of them are just people trying to pitch. My tools will help automate twitter marketing while offering value, not spamming. I am working on a Twitter Blidget that shows your latest Tweets on Your Blog, and it will be search engine friendly. There isnt one out there yet.
That sounds like an interesting development. We use a rough custom PHP script on our site to pull in the latest Tweets, but its a mere temporary band-aid. It sounds like what youre working on could be exactly what were looking for. Keep us updated when you get the Twitter Blidget going!
