Forms submitted using those "help" screens are not being processed. It appears that the AdSense Support department has been laid off or reduced in size to a token number of staffers.
AdSense is now, in effect, another unsupported Google product.

So when people get their adsense accounts disabled and its due to someone sabotaging them, what avenues can they take to resolve the issue?
Im just waiting for them to turn off the Adwords support email now. Their customer service is embarassing. They dont even want to offer customer service. They take a large perentage out of the spread between Adsense and Adwords, how can they not afford some decent customer service? How can a company stay in business that operates like this?
To add insult to injury, it appears that my AdSense Account Rep has been laid off too. Emails to her Google account are going unanswered. One would think that Google would at least forward her email to an autoresponder.
My adsense CTR is so low it could enter into a limbo contest. Banner blindness to irrelevant ads. I am not blind to how the ads are now worse. That is because we now get these FLASHY ads for make money at home.
Well, thats unavoidable I guess when you lay off more than 1/3 of your staff, even if they are "permanent temps". I guess you have to ask Matt Cutts now in his comments ;-)

The only thing really new about this is the auto responder. Theyve been headed this way for months - first, you just wouldnt get any response at all unless your email happened to catch someones eye, then they mentioned on the Contact page that you would only get a response for certain types of requests, then they limited it to the drop down, then they removed the Contact altogether and started herding people to the Google Group for "peer support"Whats more, they *are* heading this way with AdWords - I dont see the chat option anymore, nor is the address posted, and once again, they are only responding to certain types of problems; they prefer to herd people again to the Google Group. Its also true for other (free) Google products. Its like someone somewhere made a determination that it would be far more efficient to give half hearted support via forum and hope the users could supply most of it. But theyre not making any announcements about it, just slowly and steadily inching back from support, and hoping that by not making any big sudden moves, nobody will notice (till its too late)Well *I* noticed.This is the very *worst* thing they could do in this economy. Who has time to deal with *more* groups and forums, and get peer support that may or may not be actually helpful? I recently had account problems and was told by automated email to head to the Google Group for possible solutions - how is peer support supposed to help with an account issue specific to me? It was only by hollering long and hard on WMW and twitter that I finally got the attention of someone at Google who could actually help.And to pull back on AdWords support is even worse - were *paying* for that.Someone or ones at Google definitely have their eyes off the ball.
Google Adsense/Adwords are jokes.Sure the customer-base is huge and Google is short on resources and Google likes to automate everything but give me a break. If you disable an account at least give people a channel to reinstate their accounts or pull whatever balance is left on the account. Why treat people like criminals especially when its Google that fucked up, not us. If you dont want to do any tech support dont create a product.

They are still massively profitable, and sitting on huge reserves.Its just that their focus turned to pleasing investors and analysts quarter after quarter - the exact thing the founders promised not to do at the time of the IPO...Revenue growth percentages became much more important than anything resembling a decent client support.
Yes, this is what happens when you sell out to corporate idiots who dont give one damn about their customers or company. Its all about raiding the company. Nothing but corporate pirates.
