As someone who's "simple" backend management system for clients has creeped into become almost a full framework/cms -- I find this useful for picking out those last few things to try to cram into it. ;-)

It took a couple years for CMS developers to know what "SEO Friendly CMS" really meant, and what that required.  The one I see doing it right is http://www.Pixelsilk.com
