Wow! It seems this is the hot topic lately, how everyone hates to be shouted at , poked, invited to be a zombie, or to sphinn something.  Whats up with that?  Maybe we can make a do not shout out list, something  like the do not call list. That seems to work very well! =) right?

The reason it’s a hot topic is because this is a new facility on digg. You have the ability to block shouts if you want to, however, how things are developing is that shouts are the way to go.
