I am actually booked on Oprah....But seriously.I sometimes do not use the keyword in the press release title, if I feel I have a viral headline that people will click on.  So its weighing up using the title for SEO, or aiming purely to engage interested parties for me.

Better viral than no-viral, of course. So, to use an oft-used example,’Gotcha!’ can stay as a headline. But there is nearly alawys a way to get a keyword in, eg "Gotcha! Belgrano Sunk"
