Made the comment on the post: #5 has actually GAINED me a ton of clients.  When you are honest with them, show them your accomplishments with other clients and help them UNDERSTAND ROI - they will find it refreshing that a person is not going to "give them the moon"  Be honest, in everything and it will pay off in the long run.  Matt, killer post here!

It is sometimes tough to get the client to understand it is an investment in their business and not just a cost.  Also, to get them to understand that it will not happen overnight, it takes work and time to achieve results.  Want a guarantee, buy a toaster.Great post
