That's far from "solid". The article not even says "must" but "should" discussing the location of robots.txt, and there's lots of other sloppy advice.

Well, i would say this article is quite alright but not that much. But hey, will bookmark it to complement mine. cheers mate.
It wasn't bad, it is a nioce writeup and a good start for people who need to learn about what a robots.txt file is. Any article could always be better.
I don't have knowleadge of robots.txt,its new for me.thanks a lot for information.
