Google Sidewiki is more than just a way to vandalize your competitors websites. Google Sidewiki makes it so easy for visitors to comment on your website that they are going to comment on Google Sidewiki and not register to comment on your own site. If Google Sidewiki takes off, which it could especially if Google Chrome OS takes off, it will have serious implications for blogs, product review sites, hotel review sites, and many other types of sites that relies on user generated content. Google is essentially stealing users and comments/reviews by overlaying Sidewiki on other people's websites.
