An oldie but goodie which i think will be more relevant to search as time goes on. Jim's thinking always gets me thinking. I'm still trying to decide for myself what is best for me (and my clients) in terms of link building but Jim's theories on search at least gets you thinking differently about generating links (other than playing the numbers game).

Wow, that really puts things into perspective. I would strongly recommend this article to anyone new to SEO - and those who still believe link farms are the key to success.
