Never thought of this, or that there are tools that let people rate phone numbers.
I know! I stumbled across it while trying to google a weird phone number that called me.
It's a good point. We sell domains online through our shop and routinely search for telephone numbers in Google if the order is suspicious. I had one the other day, the phone number was listed in a post complaining of spam calls. That together with a couple of other flags caused us to bounce the order, so phone number reputation does matter.
