More than a tip, lol.  Looks like Andrew really put his nose to the grindstone on this one.  Appreciated the analysis Andrew and thanks Tamar for bringing this to our attention.  Sometimes Sphinn is more like a fun RSS aggregator with good comments.  As long as mortgage refinance and all that kind of stuff is thrown out :)
