I use KD a lot to predict traffic. The Google numbers are very inflated. For example, if GKT or Google Keyword Tool predicts 40,000 searches per mo, I am lucky on position one to get 200 clicks from that search engine. Well, your mileage may vary - YMMV.

Definitely need to change the Google Data from Broad Match to Exact Match, then just use the percentages from the AOL Data leak (look for red cardinal's post on the data in Google)
