This is a great summary of things that we often do everyday that we dont' realize is something that other businesses can benefit from. Things that we can also try to spur our clients into doing!

I'd noticed Stoney had multiple guest posts and was thinking "man, this guy works it." It's a good reminder as to what an get done when effort is applied.

There are other benefits to being in the trenches of small business such as real world timely feedback. My office is like a human stats operation. We gather information about search, keywords, favorite sites, social media, and whatever else we can.

Also, a sales rep from yellowbook called as I was writing this. We get valuable info about companies daily. As a result I know what servces my competitors are being pitched and I can act accordingly.
