23 - this tactic is going to be abused by SEO's (not necessarily the ones here) so use it while you can :)

Even Problogger has launched a separate area for guest posts to be published.

True, but you can't get away from that, I am afraid. Why guest posting is LESS vulnerable as a tactic is because there is no automation or money involved. Bloggers can reject poor-quality content and never look back.

Once this is automated or paid, it stops being guest posting :)

The guest blogging is a great idea but the main issue is how to attract people for guest blogiing.
