Back in May I wrote about a dozen or so Firefox extensions that make the browser an indispensable tool for SEO and website creation. I decided to go one step further and bundle them all together in one convenient download - the Firefox SEO & Webmaster’s Bundle. I hope to grow this collection of Firefox extensions and toolbars (and possible expand the selection into different groupings). No more hunting around and downloading a bunch of extensions from all across the web.

Thanks :) I know I’ve missed some, especially in the website building category. There are sooo many out there that folks are using for creative purposes that I’m just not aware of. So hopefully this turns into as much a learning experience as anything else.

There’s now an add-on the the Firebug add-on: http://developer.yahoo.com/yslow/ I’ve only just installed it, so I haven’t tried it out yet, but it’s supposed to give you some indications as to why a given page doesn’t load as quickly as it could.

I’ve been playing around with it this afternoon. It’s pretty cool (although I can’t seem to find many sites that it gives anything higher than a "D"). I’m going to run a few tests against it and - should the results turn out as I expect they will - I’m gonna throw it in the package, too!
