Still waiting to hear Matt Cutt's take on this topic. Not sure it's going to happen, though. If I had to guess, this one goes above and beyond his jurisdiction.
So am I right in thinking that if Mahalo is scraping content with no way to block it, then Jason and crew are breaking the law?
I hope some people with the funds to do something about it take action, if that is the case.

What he should do is go exec on us. For example say "I don't know what you are talking about because I am very busy right now. Look, I have to go to a meeting right now. We didn't do anything wrong.
