I like the idea of the content. So many websites I bump into feel that jamming a few thousand words on a service mapeg is going to make it that much more powerful when in actuality it is just hurting the user experience.

I highly agree with combining do and don't follow backlinks - no one seems to teach this. But in any case here's something no one really talks about - back linking is a dying breed. Search engines much prefer to pay close heed to social buzz. Like if you have 20 DIFFERENT people from different IP's tweeting your content, google picks up on this.
