There’s a lot of people very unhappy with Google right now, and rightly so. We gave them too much power, and it is time to take it back. This post gives you everything you need to STOP using Google today, completely.

I 100% that, Google is becoming the Bastard of the Internet.Unfotunetly we cannot stop using it, because we rely so much on it.But we will continue fighting tooth and nail for whatever little space we have in this mass universe.

Igor - I disagree - we can stop using it and my article tells you how. ;)I’ve already stopped using it myself - it’s been almost 24 hours and I’m still breathing, I didn’t die of Google Withdrawl.Seriously, I’ve given some other options you can use there in that post rather than Google, give those a try.

Meg, replacing Google tool is no problem, replacing Google trafic gets somehwat problematic.Of course one does not relay on Google trafic today as much as before but it is still important resource, especially for a business.Google search engine organic referrals use to be live or die for a small business, but today the trust and authority that Google possessed is waning. There are some niche market social Websites that bring organic referrals but it is a slippery to be able to participate in a community without Spamming your business.Advertising programs like Adsense are by most a waste of time.So many small businesses still rely on search engine organic trafic, but it is getting almost impossible for them to survive, unless they have established their Web presence a long time ago, and they have a brick and mottor operation to soligify their foot print. It is a jungle for small business to operate now days, and they are becoming extinct every day.I still use IE, Yahoo Mail, Windows OS, Outlook...call me old fashion, gentelman, a romantic fool.. No, I do not have Vista...

Well Google can feel free to robot my site - what I am saying is I don’t intend to use any of their sites anymore. I won’t visit them. I won’t give them traffic. Why should I deny people the opportunity to find me just because they don’t know not to use Google yet?Perhaps when they get to my site, they will read say goodbye to google, and find themselves a new search engine. As we all should.I just remembered that Google own you tube, so I’ll be embedding videos from now on - that way they don’t get a traffic hit.
