Great list of tips - here are a few comments
1 - It's worth noting that at least in terms of Youtube, Google is now running its Automated Speech Recognition on the dialog and providing transcripts for some content so make sure to include keywords in your dialog (the extent of the availability of this feature i constantly increasing).
2 - Ecommerce vendors with an inventory of 500+ products might consider automating their entire video inventory (creation, optimization and syndication) - that's where Treepodia comes into the picture... :)
