If you want to increase you google page rank one of many important factors is to get quality backlinks to your website. It’s like “vote” form other websites for you. The higher PR website is linking to your page, the more valuable that “vote” is. Very important  factor in your link building strategy is to get as much as possible do-follow links (at least for google). One and most easiest way of getting backlinks  towards your site is to publish you content / article to social bookmarks websites. But not all of them will reward you with “do-follow” link. Inaccurate and promotes spam. There is no such thing as a "dofollow" tag. For Sphinn, you have a nofollow tag on your links unless you go hot on the homepage. A previous list of "dofollow" places to spam got seven negative sphinns here, so it's unlikely you'll get a followed link from here.

Ok i corrected typo about tag. I know that every link without "nofollow" tag are "dofollow".. And it was not my intention to promote and encourage spam on this or any other website on that list.
