After only a few days was starting to Jones a little bit on lack of Lyndon content. Glad to see you are back!
Glad to know I was missed.
Good write up and good to meet you...
Hi lyndon, I sat beside you in one of the sessions and must say that I left smx with very mixed feelings about the whole thing. The first day was in my opinon weak, maybe because I attended the Advanced track that wasnt advanced at all and to be honest I heard a lot of people complaining about the first day and the so called advanced track. Saving grace on Day 1 for me was definetly listening too / chatting Rob Kerry and Nathan Buggia, two very knowledgeable and open guys. The second day was much much better, and it was worth going for the side conversations, 2nd Day seesions and DaveN comments alone, the hotel and service/food were all excellent and the whole thing was well organised. It is a real pity that the first day was not as strong as it could have been and in reality this is the fault of the person who decided to call it advanced, if danny et al are going to have an advanced track then it really should be advanced (hint, if your in the advanced track we dont need to be told that a H1 is important).Saying all that I would definetly go again and will go again next year.
which sessions did you not like on the first day out of interest suncao?Hope you thought my presentation was okay!
I hope that everyone filled in one of the Session Evaluation forms each day.The form for Day 2 also had a lot of more general questions on the back.Chris Sherman mentioned that the forms are "pored over" for many hours.
