It must be that past life in PR where we all learn that statistics can say just about anything we want them to if we twist them enough (my disgust of that attitude makes me hypersensitive to them now).

I read this also and it ticked me off a lil bit at how people can change some of our minds on the way we use the net for marketing. I would hate to spend time on some thing that would not have helped me that much.

Great to see some clarity when it comes to social media. There are so many social networks that wouldn't even be on the radar of the people collecting these statistics, but they still count in the grand scheme of things. Enjoyed the post.
