I dropped my Wordpress page load time down to just 2.5 seconds from 7 seconds using a couple strategies that I've outlined in this guide. I wrote it specifically for non technical people (such as myself) and I just cover the strategies that provide the most benefit for the least work.

Thanks Chris - I've always used SuperCache but will take a look at W3 Total Cache after reading this.
