I got an email today from someone who managed to optimise his site for his own surname. He did well - but clearly didn't see how the difficulties scale up rapidly when you have to optimise for a commercial term. The difficulties scale up yet again when you're working with commercial keywords over a very large site!

Mechanical Turk has is very attractive, but there is an important thing to know if you are trying to help SEO.

They don't allow any advertising or marketing tasks.  This would include any link building, going around and registering/posting on sites, etc.

So it can be useful but just be careful, Amazon is constantly removing people for violating the TOS on this.
