Facebook giveth, and now Facebook taketh away. Small businesses can't use custom landing tabs on their Pages ... unless they have 10,000 fans or start spending money on Facebook ads. Ouch.

Agreed! There has got to be a better way to manage spammers without sacrificing small businesses.
