Good article. I have seen a drastic increase in long-tail referral traffic from Google after the last algorithm update. Getting fed up with all of Google's updates too. Did you know, last year Google had more updates than there were days in the year? It's true.

This is very interesting indeed. Just to mention as I've noted elsewhere that it will be interesting to see what Caffeine does to the amount of long tail (even if the conversion rates are drastically higher). Will there be enough of it left to keep it worth targeting?
