Sadly main stream social media have taken away attention from Sphinn and other niche sites. People hang out on Facebook and Twitter all day and there is not much attention for Sphinn left.

One more comment: is it possible to edit descriptions once submitting?

Notice the mistake I made in this one "active on Twitter" instead of Sphinn! Knew I shouldn't write late at night :)
