It looks like Microsoft decided to re-think their strategy of hiding the ownership of the IP blocks that they are sending all of the massive referrer spam from.

Additionally, this is an admission of guilt. All those in the WMW thread who didn't believe msndude or MS was really behind this should take note... to bad your url can't be dropped over there.

Someone already caught the change there, but didn't make the same connection as to the implications.
