Interesting post about how our fellow Sphinner HotLara got banned by Facebook, apparently for either:
a) creating a blog using a domain that included the term "Facebook".
b) talking about making money using Facebook

Interesting ...

Am I too naive maybe? There does appear to be a profile for her on Facebook. Perhaps though they won’t give her access? Can’t say for sure nsmseo. Maybe there’s more to the story?

Hey Paul ... I’ve talked to her and she seems genuine enough. I’m grumpy today too ... only because I know all our friends to the south are having turkey tonight, and I’m not.

Yeah, I don’t know.  I mean, if I wanted to create some buzz around my new blog, then I would take the same route.  Great linkbait.

Dear nsmseo, corey and awaken, First of all thanks for your comments. Guys if read my blog you will find that first post talking about disabling my account on facebook, then after a few days the second post come out saying that I have got my account back. So yes my account is active now. I am not trying to scam anybody, I have several websites (affiliate programs) those making money through facebook. In other words I get my traffic from facebook. So I can keep doing that without telling anybody how to make your friends on facebook come to your affiliate website and buy from you... instead I wanted to let all my friends on facebook to be able to do that. Since that I can’t write about it in facebook, I have got my new blog to write about this topic. How I make money on facebook is not magic or something nobody can do it. No, it’s completely simple and everybody can do it... it’s all about how to promote your sites without spamming your friends and without make them get mad of you. Yes I have said several time on my blog that “within two days I will start write about how to make money on facebook”,,, the fact is that I am so new in blogging and I am not used to write long posts. And I am following some of what I read during the last week about blogging which is, I have to write some posts and have them ready before I start posting them and this is what I am doing now. So guys, I am sorry… I didn’t mean to make it looks like a scam and I really appreciate your comments and I will be so happy if I got any advises from you… I hope that you will support me to keep up with my blog. Thanks, Lara,

lara, i commented earlier because the title and description on this item lead me to believe that you had been banned and already talked about making money on facebook. neither of those were true since you already got your account back. i think that’s a great indicator that your strategy is reliable, and i look forward to following your updates.
