Here's a good look at what Old Spice did right with the recent social/video/viral campaign: "...while the campaign pretty much lasted only 11 hours, thanks to the urgency to participate, it still did remarkably better than some of the more organic campaigns that have become instant hits."

I promoted it as it's one of the best viral campaigns I've seen this year, if not ever. More people should be aware of it if they've never seen it before :)

Agree that the campaign was the best, but while this article was okay, there were many better ones related to the subject, imo.
